Plastic Coating Process

Abrasion

Contains chromic acid-resistant wetting agent Liquid and viscous additive Creates a homogeneously distributed foam layer on the bath surface to prevent the escape of chromic acid gas Ensures homogeneous abrasion of the part surface by the acidic process due to its high wetting effect on the part surface Reduces surface tension even at low setup concentrations K Reduces chromic acid consumption

Reduction

Liquid additive element Reduces hexavalent chromium from chromic-sulfuric acid etching

Activator ABS

Makes the pre-treated plastic surface conductive. Low operating cost. Excellent stability. High efficiency; 1 liter of product can treat 1200 m² of surface.

Acceleration (PD)

An activation used after palladium activation. Contains acidic salts. Increases the speed of the subsequent electroless nickel plating. Prevents contamination of the subsequent electroless nickel plating by the Sn/Pd catalyst.

Electroless Nickel

A proven electroless alkaline nickel plating process. An acidic process is also available. It has a wide operating temperature range and can operate even at low temperatures. It produces a fast and homogeneous coating. The coatings it produces are highly conductive. It delivers excellent results on insulating and plastic parts.
